Yes we recommend our client to book in advance to ensure his/her place
If I don’t book in advance, where can I purchase my ticket?
You may purchase your ticket at any of our selling points
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes you can pay using the credit Card at our sales points and also on the Mobile APP and website
Ticket validity (open ticket or ticket with set dates)
Tickets are valid for one year from the date they are issued
Is it possible to use the same ticket on different routes?
No it is not possible to change the route of the ticket; however, in case of bad weather or any technical deficiency in one of our vessels it is possible to travel from a different port using the same ticket
Client must be on the counter 90 minutes before departure
